It's so complicated in it's simplicity. It is like a commentary into our very lives and shows a clear contrast of the line between good and evil.

The art direction of this marvel is simply astounding! You can just tell there has been an immense amount of love and care (not to mention work) placed into this flash.

This flash is one for the ages.

A well produced piece of work...

The flash had some really well drawn and animated parts. The first part with the scenic view of the area was the most astounding though. That part looked amazing.

Sounds and music were all fine. Nothing to complain about there.

Voice acting was a little boring but it got the job done and it had good sound quality.

The idea's of the worms and the squirrel alien seemed pretty original but the characters themselves seemed pretty ordinary. I mean the whole 'energetic guy' vs 'boring sane guy' scenario has been done so many times and I don't think you really added anything to the scenario.

The jokes also seemed pretty straight forward. They were nothing new to me though I did get a laugh out of the bird/squirrel alien's unique speech pattern.

It's a well produced piece of work but nothing new in the way of comedy.

Move along, nothing to see here...

The flash is simply a picture of the LazyTown gang with some graffiti on Robbie Rotten with the bake a cake song sped up and in another language playing.

Sure the song is kind of catchy but the author hasn't made it himself and there is no animation whatsoever.

If you wanted to improve it you could, uh, animate the cock shaking around or something...

Yes, yes it is.

Greatly dissapointing.

I just recently watched Kiki's Delivery Service (The actual movie) and enjoyed it (despite the seeming lack of action for a movie) and I realise this flash was made way back in 2001.

-The graphics for 2001 were alright and no doubt would have taken alot more effort to make than today but they weren't outstanding. You didn't even draw in a background for the last part where Kiki talks to Jiji.

-Sound consisted of a single song from the movie.

-Why was there no play button? Even in 2001 asking people to right click play is lazy.

-The start credits were very ugly and boring.

I kind of had high expectations for something which had won a daily feature but all this flash turned out to be was a couple seconds of an unfinished flash.

Might involve thinking.

It had an interesting story. I followed it pretty well I think but it was a bit boring. I mean all he really does is have a conversation with himself which would have been fine except the background was almost non-existant and the main character was almost a stick figure. So there really wasn't anything too stimulating graphic wise.

The voices were really terrible I'm afraid. I couldn't understand a word they were saying and it was just plain annoying. The speech bubbles were ok though the words got a little cramped in places.

It was a decent idea but it looks like a bit of a rushed job. Add some background, a better character and even some soft background music and it will be much better.

Funny song plus subpar animation makes a bad flash

TO ALL REVIEWERS! The song is by an Australian comedy band called Tripod. Go look them up they're good.
TO THE AUTHOR! Give credit where it's due!

This animation is yet another "steal a funny song and animate exactly what it describes". You could almost call this stealing since the song is such a major part of the flash and you made no contribution to it.

Your animation itself was pretty average. A bit more practice I think.

"an enjoyable flash with a few laughs"

-Not much animation though none was needed. The text parts had some nice effects on them though.

-Music was appropriate.

-Your commentary was pretty damn good. I enjoyed it though towards the end of the slide show you kinda went a little quieter. I can't help but get the feeling you started just watching the flash yourself.

-Unfortunately the sound was a out of sync for me but that was due to my shit computer not being able to take the first fade transition effect. Still if the flash was synced right it shouldn't have done that anyway.

All up it was an enjoyable flash with a few laughs and some cute pictures aswell.

I call Afroman the winner.

Pitch-White's animation was probably animated better (If he drew the madness character himself which I doubt) but didn't really do anything interesting.

I call Afroman the winner.

The music worked well to emphasize the time trail (being a sped up song)

The animation as a whole collab wasn't very good though. Those two short clips weren't enough to warrant submitting.

Too early for a remake.

The story was really nothing new. Sticks fighting sprites has been done and random fighting to the death is really old now.

-I gotta say I actually preferred the paint brush style of the stick from the first flash better than the line tool style this flash adopted. You clearly have improved your animation from the last flash but paintbrush makes things look so much more natural. But don't get me wrong, it's a good thing to be trying out different styles.

-You gotta make a proper background. A single line doesn't quite cut it lol. You would've been better having no background in this case.

-The text wasn't timed well. I had trouble reading all the text at times.

-Looking at the positives I suppose the music was chosen well for the action at hand.

The animation has improved but I think it was a little too early to be remaking this flash. Though I'm not entirely sure it was entitled to a revamp at any time anyway.

Hopefully your next flash will be a more original entertaining story. Good luck :)

KingKombat responds:

1. Eh..i dunno. The line style made it a much cleaner style, but yeah i think i see what you mean.
2. Yes...but the file size, its not the file size...its getting the bg on there. Ifd io needed it moved, sometimes it would really slow down.
3. Yeah, that was a problem i had found too many times. the movie was meant to be revamped for 24fps, but due to animational flaws, i had to cut it to 12 fps, meaning te text would be there longer. i had decided this too late...
4. yea, it was kinda hard fiundoing the JUST RIGHT music...
5. stories never get old...but i suppose its timwe to move on >_<
6. hope fully i come up with a better 2nd one....

"Worth watching"

It was pretty random but at the same time enjoyable and the length of it just made it funnier. It's a good flash rendition of a "really long story for something little" scenario which most of us have come across before in real life.

-The graphics were pretty good. The crappy black and white parts with little animation really seemed to work for this flash for some reason.

-Voices were a good quality. The alien's babbling was a nice touch too.

-The only thing that really annoyed me/ruined the flash was the ending. I really don't find that sort of thing funny (and not because it's offensive or anything but just because it's stupid and a lot of people end their flashes like that).

Had I made this flash I probably would've ended it with a loop, like the alien stabs his arm for taking so long to tell the story then the guy leaves and a new person asks him how his arm got cut. Just an idea.

All up the flash was funny enough and well enough animated to be worth watching.
